Tree crane work is one option if simply cutting down a tree is not viable.

We use different methods when accessing trees and during an inspection of the tree’s structure, growth habit, stability and growing environment it may be decided that for safety reasons of the climbers, and the public, that it is necessary to use a crane to remove the tree in sections rather than conventional rigging methods.

Before accessing a tree by these methods, a thorough inspection of the tree is carried out by one of our qualified arborists.  A Risk Assessment is carried out and a Method Statement produced and all staff on site attend a site briefing prior to any work commencing.

Liphook Tree Surgeons have 15 years’ experience in this aspect of tree removal with over 70 Crane jobs completed and carry out all work with the highest safety standards in the forefront of our practices.
